Another prestigious award has been achieved by Linda Duffy our disability co-ordinator.  Linda had been nominated for the Citybeat Feel Good Awards by one of the young people Toni Cowden in her PHAB group, as "some who had influenced and brought change to their life".  On Tuesday 10^th  November the City Hall was buzzing with excitement by many community workers and Linda gained the Silver award in this section and was commended by Lord Mayor Naomi Long for her contribution to the community and was presented  with her certificate by David Humphries one of our local sporting celebrities.   Others who gained awards were Phillip McTaggart from PIPS, Baroness May Blood, Gary Lightbody from Snow patrol and many others who have made an impact on the community and many individuals.

US Consul General Visits the 174 Trust to celebrate the American Ireland Fund Award

174 Trust was delighted to be visited by Ms Kamala Lakhdhir-US Consul General in NI to celeberate the recent $30000 award by the American Ireland Fund and showcase the cross community young footballers project that Trust had been involved in.
