Tenants and Partners
For over 25 years, we've given a home to tenants and partners who support our local communities and nurture creativity. It's one of our ways of growing stronger together.

The Café at the Duncairn
The café at the heart of the Duncairn Centre has been run by Kiva's Kitchen, a North Belfast catering company, since 2010.
Everything is prepared fresh on site each day using locally sourced produce, from breakfasts and lunches to home bakes and light bites. We're proud to serve Greenbean coffee and Suki tea, both award-winning local producers. You'll find us to the rear of the main church building, and we cater for meetings and conferences too, on-site and off.
The café has held 5 stars under the Food Standards Agency's Food Hygiene Rating Scheme every year since it opened.

AA
Every week, 12 AA meetings take place in a building at the back of the Duncairn Centre. These are closed meetings, open to anyone who thinks they may have a problem with alcohol. 174 Trust doesn't run or counsel these meetings, and they're not connected to treatment centres or hospitals.
Meetings run Monday to Friday at 1pm and 8.30pm, and Sunday at 12.30pm and 8.30pm, with none on Saturday. Each meeting lasts around an hour and a quarter.

Belfast Kronk Boxing Club
Belfast Kronk is a community boxing club based in North Belfast. We're trying to be a place where people from different backgrounds can belong and grow, whatever their age, background or experience of boxing.
Our main aim is to give young people a safe, positive space to learn discipline and build self-esteem through boxing. Our coaches are dedicated volunteers, and we're proud to be part of the 174 community.
As we grow, we want the club to do even more for the community around us.
